1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through essentialoilbulk.com, the official website of Meena Perfumery,
Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Eligibility for Return
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all
seals intact. Customized or specially made products (e.g., bespoke blends, labelled batches, or small-size orders)
are not eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where
the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used bottles of essential oils, attars, or fragrance oils. Products without original batch number,
label, or seal. Any item showing signs of use, contamination, decanting, or missing components.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved
refunds will be processed within 7 working days, via the original payment method or as store credit (at our
discretion). If a defective or wrong item is received, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a
full refund including shipping.
5. Return Procedure

Authorization. Provide your order number, product name, batch number, and reason for return. Pack the product
securely in its original packaging and ship it to: Meena Perfumery, Shankar Garh, Gaudi Shankar Road, Kannauj
– 209725, Uttar Pradesh, India. Use a trackable courier service and keep the shipping receipt until refund
confirmation.
6. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns or change-of-mind cases. For defective or
incorrect items, Meena Perfumery will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or arrange a pre-paid return
label.
7. Time Limit for Refunds
Refunds beyond the standard 7-day window may take longer due to banking procedures. All eligible refunds will
be processed promptly, and confirmation will be shared by email.
