Delivery And Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

2. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic shipments are sent through reliable courier partners. For international shipments, we use DHL and FedEx for fast and secure delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

International delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the customs clearance procedure of the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are governed by the rules of the customer’s country. These charges, if applicable, must be borne by the recipient.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp for real-time shipment updates.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged shipment, a replacement will be provided upon valid proof from the courier or customer.
